Name Check process hauled

Just called FBI Name Check Status Main Line(202-324-3625). Per the operator, they are doing a special project for cases in 2002 and 2003. My understanding is they stop doing any name check process for the time being. So if anyone's 485 case is pending due to name check, check back in 3 months. This mean from now to the end of the year, there won't be many 485 cases approved.
