485 update after approval

My 485 is approved on 9/13/05. I also received approval notice(paper)by mail.
There are something on the approval notice said "Don't take any action now, you will receive a seperate notice to tell you what to do next." Today my online status for 485 is updated but still with approval status. Can somebody tell me waht's happened to my case? When I can expect to get the physical card.
