Only I-485 notice was received

My I-140 and I-485 package was received by TSC on September 27. The checks for both case were cashed on September 29. Today, I received the notice in mail, but only the one for I-485, without I-140 notice. Did anyone have similar experience?

By the way, there is one paragraph on the 485 notice: "The next step is to have your biometrics taken as a USCIS application support center. Call customer service at ... to schedule your appointment. It is important that you schedule your appointment. We cannot complete certain steps in processing until you appear for this appointment."

Does this mean that I need to schedule an appointment for fingerprint, and so on? I think that I need to wait for an official notice for that. I appreciate if you can help me clarify this.
