TSC Sept21 notice I140+I485

I sent USPS ExpressMail on Sept.19. It was segned by M.S. from Texas Service Center on Sept. 21 in Mesquite Post Office.

Today I got the mail sent by lawyer on Sept 29. The mail has the recept notices of the I140+I485. These notice were dated by Sept. 21.

All process times in notice are the same as usual.
