When I got the e-mail this moring I could hardly
believe it since I just submitted it 10 days ago.
My friend's NIW was approved in 2 weeks in July from NSC.
My case was even faster. My lawyer was also surprised.
When I first contacted my lawyer on August 4, my lawyer
did not promise me anything "sinc it is NSC, anything can
happen."
By the way, my EB1A was denied on 8/30/2005 after I self-filed it in Feb 2004. I did not appeal it. Therefore, I submitted NIW with some new ref letters.
