請教：交了定金，簽了協約，能否再退出？

已與律師簽了合同並交了定金，但在修改推薦信期間，我不滿意律師的服
務。現在我想自己提交，請問是否可以？我不在乎已交的定金，但很擔心這樣做是
否違約。
