will INS reject my case?

I missed two questions in my forms.

I-485 is Were you inspected by a US immigration officer?

I-140 is Is the person you are filing for in removal proceedings

the application was sent on 9/29/05, before the 10/1/05 deadline, do you think INS will return my application because it is not complete? thanks for help
