FP after 485 Receipt

Hello, I just got the 485 Receipt. [I did the NIW 140 concurrent filling]
Can I call the INS and schedule for finger printing?


In the I-485 receipt, it says:

If this receipt is for an I-90, I-485, or I-698 application
Biometrics-(fingerprinting, photo, signature)
Call customer service... to schedule your appointment.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


Should I call the INS and schecule my fingerprinting?
