加拿大landing急問!

我打算這個月底, 10/27(星期四),租車去登陸,到達海關可能會比較晚,8:00pm?, 不知是否可以登陸?
我們打算10/30 會美國, 請我在加拿大的朋友(渥太華)幫我們接受楓葉卡, 在回答officer的問題有什麽需要注意的地方? 在那裏landing好一些?
此外,我看了一下移民局寄來的"generic document-3 part distribution"
有些空格,不知道是不是這樣填寫:

Do I need to fill in this blanks? if yes, how to do?

I want to rent a car, what to fill in?

what shall I fill in here, the same number as indicated when applying? DO I need to show proofs? like bank statement? or money order?

46 became PR at

These two are the port and time of entry. do I need to fill in in advance?
