前提是你必須在2000年(the day when the LC was filed
)就達到LC上的要求(學曆, 工作經驗).
*Mine is higher than that. But the problem is the 工作方向 is not perfect match.


另外移民局已建議取消這種勞工卡的替代, 能否生效或何時生效還不知道.
*Dow you know how to find out when they cancelled this?

如果你達到了要求, 不妨一試. 對你沒有什麽損害.
*The only thing I'm worried about is whether it will hurt my current I140 (not approved yet)?
