1.After get I-485 receipt.
2.Check cgfns website. You can start to work after you get EAD. Must get visascree certificate before I-485 rejection. But you can re-file 485 application after rejection.
3. Yes for both license and secondary shool diploma. Check visascreen handbook in CGFNS website.
4. I-140 usually takes about 6 months, 485 takes about 1 year.
