特殊的J－1豁免

拿J－1在美國學習，後回國工作18個月。美國大學幫助申請到H－1B，現在美國工作。但是，律師不同意申請485，他的理由是我在中國僅呆了18個月，還少6個月。他要求我現在申請豁免。

請問：我在已經有H－1的B情況下，還可以申請J－1豁免嗎？
