回複：When can I file I485 after OCT

To file 485, unfortunately you have to wait until the cutoff date reaches your priority date. But to travel overseas, you may still try to apply for a visa to come back, or let they apply for visa to come to US.

The current retrogression is 5 years, but it may not stay. It may progress or retrogress again in the near future. On the other hand, don't let this thing control your life. Your life is yours, always.
