derivative I485 affected?

Anyone know the information if derivative I485 will be affected by the retrogression of visa number starting 10/1/2005?

Hu*****and (primary) I485 was approved by VSC, wife as derivative filed the same time but still pending, is her case going to be pending until the 'concurrent'?

Where to find the info about this issue from VSC?
