it means if your LC is approved, but you haven't get
original LC document, you still can file your I-140 /485 before 1,oct.just print out the notice from computer that show your LC is approved. and then sent original LC before 30,oct.
It a good news and fair to thoese who LC is approved before 1,oct but still haven't get original LC document.
