Thanks a lot for the important info you provide, Instead, My school's International Center suggests us to get EAD immediately, and we are not under F1 or OPT anymore, we can not get payed legally!

We just sent out EAD applications, How about if we apply EAD but not use it in order to be safe?

We are going to see the counselor this afternoon and let him talk to the lawyer to discuss our issue!

Your help will be really appreciated!!!
