If you or your friends don't go to her office, she can still survive fine, maybe with slightly less income at the most -- That is NOT enough!

Here is how to set her up and revoke her medical license. The more people complain about her, the more likely she will be revoke her license. -- But you have to follow the rule since just complain about rudeness will do NOTHING to her.

Here is how you should do:
(1) Request your personal medical record from her IN WRITING! Make sure you have the evidence that she receives the request, i.e. if you use registered mail to show that she receives the request, that will be the BEST.

(2) In 30 days, if you do not receive requested record sent from her (this is highly likely based on your experiences), then directly submit a WRITTEN complain to New York Medical Board (http://www.op.nysed.gov/opd.htm) - complaining under professional misconduct "failing to return or provide copies of records on request".

----The more people submit such complains, the more likely she is going to be revoked of her medical practice license!!! That is what we should do as a united group!
