FedEx寄送有沒有問題？

讀了網上的信息，似乎用FedEx和UPS寄送的很多人都沒有被cash，也沒有收到receipt，特別是VSC。但采用USPS express寄送的則有回答，大家說說FedEx有沒有送錯部門啊。
