回複：NSC09/22,I-485, no receipt?

My checks of the same date are not cashed yet. I know a person who confiled I-140/I-485 on Sept. 19 (received on 20). His checks were cashed last Friday afternoon and received receipts this Monday. Somebody explained me like this. The workers in CIS who take charge of this part of job don't have much hands to open so many packages coming upon them and also don't have much time to type large quantity of information into computer. This may be a reason. Hope everything will be all right. Keep us posted if anybody's checks cashed. Thanks!
