Questions for New Born Baby

Dear Friends - I am a GC holder. My wife got pregnant who is currently working at China. If we want child to be birthed in USA, does she has to apply B2 for 6 months stay in USA? Or there is any good ways to get this thng done? Thank yo for nay advices.
