As I know, TSC has a mailbox inside the post office. When your USPS arrives, the post office staff puts a notice in the mailbox and then your USPS online message will show what you saw. A TSC staff will routinely collect the mail from the mailbox everyday. When he sees your notice, he will pick up the mail from the desk. Later, your online massage will be renewed.
