Fan is very bad guy. He always nice to you before you sign contract. after that he complete change. if you want to reach him after you signing your contract. his csecretary will tell you he is on phone or he went to CA or he is in meeting even he is sit by the phone. I know he hold a customer/s application for 11 months and did not file to INS. he post his appoval case always not the exact time such as the case get approval after 19 months. he will post it just 9 month. he always cheating people . very very bad guy. do not be cheated by him again
