孩子怎麽辦?

我們現在是H1和H4. 今年三月申請的NIW. 五月份I-140批準. I-485仍在等待. 孩子16歲, 在國內. 去年(我們申請綠卡前)孩子曾經申請來美簽證被拒(因我們曾在美由B簽證轉為H簽證). 請問孩子現在還能申請來美簽證嗎? 如果三,五年內孩子都無法來, 我們全家都申請加拿大移民怎樣? 問題是我們英文不行, 怕考不過雅思和過不了interview.
