Can anyone answer my question?

I post my question again. You reply is aprreciated.
Many people says I485 can be transfered from one I140 to antother. I did my transfer two months ago, I have not got any reply from CIS. Is this normal? Does CIS inform you after the switch is done? Thank you for sharing your experience.
