It depends. I only went there once because the FP notice asked me to do code 3, which combined code 1 and 2. Some people need to go there twice because they are asked to do code 1 first and then code 2. It also depends on the time we have to wait for 485 approval. If it takes more than one year, we have to do FP the second or third time.
