Fedex package to Vermont ctr.

I am rushing on the I140/I485 filing. If I mail them on the night of Sep 29 by Fedex overnight, will USICS get it on the next day? There were some posts yesterday say the Fedex to vermont center were routed to some other places, are there any kind people here have experience on this?

And if I file 485 now, could I file AP and workpermit later on? Really have too tight schedule.
