Suggestion needed!!!

CIS received my I-485 petition on Set. 22 (informed from USPS tracking), but check has not been cashed until now. Do you think is it a good idea to file another 485 if I still cannot get any information about current one until this Thursday? Thank you very much for any suggestion!
