Solution-revoke her license

I am very sympathetic to your experiences. I am an advocate of revoking the medical license from such unqualified and unethical practitioners. My suggested solutions are as follow:

(1) Request your personal medical record from her IN WRITING! Make sure you have the record, if you use registered mail to show that she received the request, that will be BEST.

(2) In 30 days, if you do not received requested record (most likely based on your experiences), directly submit WRITTEN complains to New York Medical Board (http://www.op.nysed.gov/opd.htm) - complaining under professional misconduct "Failing to return or provide copies of records on request".

----It's important that everyone of you do the same since the more complains, the more likely she is going to be revoked of her medical practice license!!!
