sign the waiver of signature and requested a return card if delivered properly either, Vermont Service Center signed it the next day.

To make sure, I even sent an email afterward requested for signature proof of delivery and I got it the next day after I sent the email. The clickable button for request of signature proof is on the same page of the tracking web page.
