I am not scare you, we ship

company's products by FedEx on daily basis and the signature is always a person's name, never heard of "Signature release on file".

You can take the tracking number and call FedEx custmer services (1-800-GO FEDEX)and verify with them the actual delivery status and what it meant by "Signature release on file".
