H-1b 已經過期? You meant

visa or status? If your are out of status, then you are in trouble. But if just visa, which is the stamp on your passport, you should be able to return US within 30 days. But you still need Canadinan visa to enter Canada. Be sure to bring your pay stub, employment letter with you for your return.
