The main document is DS-2019 for each J2, this is the same form as your J1 but with his/her name on it. Ask your J1 sponsor for the form(s).

Any documents that can be used to convince VO that your marriage is real.

If you are going to apply for a J1 waiver, make sure apply after J2 arrives and include J2 in the application.
