Vermont Center 140 & 485 time

USCIS Vermont Center I-140 and I-485 process time have not been changed since last 2 months.
I-140 stopped at June 2002,
I-485 stopped at Jan 2002.

Is there something wrong, the www.immigration.com has
update it today, but USCIS process time never change.

Gosh, seams it will take forever. what can we do?
