LUD after I-140 APPOVE

Hi,All:

I filed I-140 and I-485 together at March,23,2005.and I-140 got approved in September 23, and they said the appove mail was mailed.But today the LUD for I-140 changed again. Does anyone tell what's mean.485 fingerprint at MAY 23,2005, LUD for I-495 AT jULY 6,2005.
