I-485 be shared or transfered?

All dear friend:
I have a emergency question to ask, I aready submit one I-140 of outstanding application, I want submit I-140 and I-485 concurrently now today, do you think I can share or transfer the I-485 for outstanding I-140? or do I submit a seperate I-485 for outstanding I-140 application.
