還想問在10月1日之前遞NIW的問題

請問：我想在10月1日之前遞 NIW，但是推薦信還沒有拿到，我可不可以現遞一部分
申請資料，然後在拿到推薦信後補交?

我不在乎要多常時間等綠卡，但是有AP就可以回國了。否則在申請140的過程中
不能離開，太痛苦了！
