you can mail your materials to canada embassy or consulate. if you are afraid of lost them, just go there

1. new I-20 (sign back by international student officer)
2. passport and I-94 and SSN card, drive license
3. Bank Statement
4. money, the better bring cash
you don't need to get US visa when you come back, you just show officer I-20, I-94, passport. but bring your SSN card with you.
