I-485, I-797A (copy), 9003, I-693 (Medical check, sealed by dovtor), G-325, I765 (for LC), passport copy, these forms are each for everyone. In addition: I-864 (fianacial sponsor for your H4 spouse and child), Marriage License (copy), Authentic Axt of the birth of your child, Letter from your employer's HR, and Bank statement if you signed I=864. And so on.
