Fedex or Express to mail?

All dear friends:
Do your guys think that we should use Fedex or Express to mail I-140 or I-485 on Monday? at this moment nobody care about money, although Fedex is faster than Express, but Fedex should mail to different place. So do you think they need transfer to the place which Express mail to?
I apperiate your answer a lot
