1) 當初LC申請上必須要求Advanced Degree (碩士或博士)，光你有那個學位沒用，那個工作位子必須要求那個學位。

2)你看，I-140表上及LC上都沒有明擺著的EB1，2，或3讓你選，那是移民局來定，你在I-140 Part2 選d, 移民官再看看你的LC，如果match, 你就是EB2。
