Is I-134 needed?

I am filing 485 with my wife. She has a job, but is a dependent in
my case. My lawyer did not ask me to fill it. But I saw the following
comments from a public forum:

"You will need I-134 form as long as someone else file 485 with you
under same 140 petition, no matter your spouse is working or not.
They will be treated as "dependent".

Anybody has any idea on this? Thanks a lot.
