Yes you can DIY. I think you need original LC paper signed by your employer and yourself for I-140. Try include a copy of PERM approval notice to see you're lucky enough to get your I-140 accepted.

I-864 is for family based I-485. Your wife needs I-134 if not work, other wise employment verification is ok as yours.
