Don't deal with them. Don't give your business to them. They are the same - all these Chinese law firms are basically scams. They push you before you sign the retainer. Afterwards you can never reach them by whatever means.
That Thomas Fan (範毅禹), for example, only 2 days after sending me the retainer to sign, pushed me to sign, or he would remove my file. After signing, the only person you can possibly talk to is the receptionist. You can not even talk to a paralegal. They ask you to send email instead of calling. But your emails got no answer. Loooong time in preparing documents and lots of mistakes in the docs. Just waste of money, and probably more importantly, your time.
In business dealing, never deal with Chinese lawyers in particular, and any Chinese in US in general. I don't even buy oriental food from stores run by Chinese. Vietnamese, Korean, Janpanese.. whatever is better. You can have many Chinese friends but don't deal with Chinese business. They are just totally unethical. I have dealt with another Chinese lawyer with the same bad experience (not mensioning her name since she isn't advertising here). I have dealt with a American lawyer. I can always discuss the case with him on the phone.
Don't deal with these Chinese law firms. Let them go out of business and rot in the darkness. Never to exploit their compatriots!
