why. USCIS is very unpredictable. We do see some lucky guys at TSC recently, but I also have friends at TSC who have been waiting for more than a year for their I485 approval! So this is more like winning a lottery.

Actually I hope the retrogress will eventually straighten up some USCIS procedures and benefit you guys.
