Checking lists

Document List for 140 application

Deadline is really coming, I just share all the information that I know, hopefully it could help you get all the paperwork done before the stupid deadline, below is the checking list for 140, which is most difficult step!

First:140 Form, then cover letter ( or checking list) as follow:
1.Updated CV or Resume , 2. Background and experience, 3. Original scholarly contributions 4. Support letters, 5.Publication and citations 6. membership 7. Awards, grants, 8.Patents 9. Diplomas 10. All INS documents (previous)

For 485, just remember to attach G325a forms for EVERYBODY.It is very simple, just with a cover letter that list all the document , medical test result (and personal check)
