加拿大登陸,noH1Bvisa,only stamp

I have searched almost all those old posters including canada landing,most of them are talking about with H-1B visa, it's OK to come back with passport and I-94.
But I transferred from F1 to H1, so I don't have a H1B visa, I only have a stamp indeed.It's that still OK?
