There are two forms for personal goods to be imported into Canada, "goods to list" for all the valuable stuffs you carry when you land, "goods to follow list" for all the other stuffs that will be imported after landing. You can find links to these forms in one of my posts. Sorry, don't have time to dig them out again.

All personal goods are tax free. Two DC should be no problem as long as you declare them in the list.
