1. petition letter is enough, state your qualifications to match the requirements in the category you are applying for.
2. all 485 need a cover letter, state the route you file 485(chose from a to h in 485); list your documents
3. you can find binders in walmart, heavy-duty clip also work; if punch holes, punch on top not the side
