Just petition letter,
for binder, no specific requrement, make sure your package is easy for
lazy immigration officer to read. I used a big binder that can hold 400-550 pages. by the way, i punched three holes along left side.

485, need exhibits check list for each package, such as, you and spouse.
Do not worry too much, just do it and be careful for each detail.
