I140+485, anybody knows

Can I transfer an existing I485 from one I140 to another after Oct 1 2005? My I485 is now linking with NIW, which is got approved earlier. I also have a EB1 which is also approved recently. The priority date for both I140s are very close, I don't know shall I transfer I485 to EB1 now, or wait until later? Thank you very much for your answer.
